Abstrakt

As a result of political changes and transformation in the beginning of the 90s there was a demand for specific service in the area of estate service and estate industry. The new industrial reality and awareness of the fact that there was a need to cooperate professionally with the estate buyers made way for estate market development. The new law introduced involved drawing up a valuation of real estate both for the purpose of buying and selling, as well as for estimating loan and mortgage security, tax, insurance etc. It was soon obvious that real estate costing required special qualifications and training which must be consisted with the rules in well developed capitalist countries. Taking into account the introduction of cadastral values of real estate, it has seemed that from then on the popularity of real estate evaluation will grow.
