Aspekt społeczny w kształtowaniu przestrzeni mieszkaniowej

Abstrakt

In the chapter author explain what living space is and what is its structure. Among many factors which determine living space the social one was emphasised. Society (community) needs and preferences was detailed discussed. Author also paid attention on risks which market economy may cause in pro-social attitudes towards living space. Planners’ tasks were pointed as far as public space was considered, giving also legal regulations. At the end citizens rights were presented.
