Programs supporting housing construction in Poland and their impact on the residential market

The study presents the condition of housing in Poland compared to selected countries, indicating the need for improving the housing situation in Poland. It presents housing support instruments used in EU countries, and reviews state programs of residential support in Poland during the last 25 years. The study also highlights the impact of government housing support programs on real estate market. Finally, it presents recommendations that may improve the housing situation in Poland.
