Abstract

The report concerns the Intercultural Conference of Art Pedagogy “Education through Art for Peace”, held on September 25–28, 2023 in Ustka. The theme of the conference, organized by the Pomeranian University in Slupsk, concerned the theoretical significance and practical application of various fields of art in pedagogical activities in the broadest sense, including activities aimed at promoting and strengthening the culture of peace. The conference was attended by scholars from various countries, including Ukraine.

Magdalena Sasin, Uniwersytet Łódzki

Magdalena Sasin – Assistant Professor in the Department of Art Education and Pedagogy of Creativity, Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Lodz. Scientific interests: aesthetic and art education, acoustic ecology, art therapy, media education. Research on acoustic ecology, popularizing culture in regional media, contemporary music for children, popularizing art in blogosphere, new methods of music education for children, activity of cultural institutions. She also has pedagogical, journalistic and promotional experience.
