Abstrakt

Przeprowadzono kompleksową analizę operacji depozytowych dla osób fizycznych na Ukrainie. Zbadano prawo krajowe ochrony praw deponentów – osób fizycznych. Opracowano sugestie dalszego udoskonalenia systemu ochrony praw deponentów – osób fizycznych na Ukrainie poprzez poprawę regulacji i nadzoru bankowego, stabilności finansowej Funduszu gwarantowania depozytów osób fizycznych i wiedzy finansowej ludności.
