Abstract

The article is an introduction to the 20th volume of „Nauki o Wychowaniu. Studia Interdisciplinarne”. It presents the main topic of theory and its applications, and the conceptual framework of the volume together with an outline of its contents. In the summary, it shifts the emphasis to a discussion on the positions presented in the volume, engaging it and inviting it to continue.

    Sławomir Pasikowski – Ph.D. in Education Sciences, specializations: the methodology of scientific research in education. Author of publications on the methodology of educational research and the use of statistics in social research. Vice-chair of the Section for Methodology of Research on Education at the Committee on Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Member of the Laboratory of Research Tools at the Committee on Pedagogical Sciences of the PAN.
