Article presents the history and the most important elements of the Japanese tea ceremony. The richness of symbolism and used in the non-verbal communication makes it arouses great curiosity in cultural studies. The course and the various elements of the ceremony vary depending on, inter alia region of the country, family traditions and wealth hosts.Downloads
