The communication mode effect. Results of research measuring the impact of the quantitative interview’s communication context on respondents’ answers

The main purpose of the article is to make an attempt to draw up the statistical and methodological description of the impact of the quantitative interview’s communication context on respondents’ answers.
Three standardized research techniques, which differ in ways crucial for diversification of the communication conditioning, were subjected to comparative tests: the personal standardized interview
– which is realized in the interpersonal communication context; the telephone interview
– which corresponds to the telephone-mediated communication context and the auditorium survey – which reflects the public communication context.
For achieving established targets conduced a special tool which was used in conditions of restrictive test procedures, which influence underwent a total of 86 randomly chosen people.
Results of the analysis have summarily confirmed the presence of the impact of the quantitative interview’s communication context on respondents’ answers, demonstrating the high level of the complexity of that issue and generating new research questions.
