Russian Language Course at International Summer School of Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education (23.06.2021 – 4.08.2021)

Abstract

The article accounts the work of the International Summer School in Russian as a foreign lan­guage, which was organized in an online format at the Department of Foreign Languages of Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education (SSUSSE). The training was conducted within the framework of the cooperation agreement between SSUSSE and Philippine-Russian Business Assembly. The learning process was based on the communicative approach with emphasis on the students’ personal and cultural characteristics, which allowed new skills and abilities to be devel­oped and improved for successful speech communication in Russian and intercultural interaction.
