The Polish printed press and websites in Ireland

Abstract

The research work of Polish press in Ireland is attempting of systematization wide selection of Polish newspapers, which have been developed since May 2004 – date of Polish participation in European Union structure. According to Polish involving in the EU and the growing number of Polish emigrants in Ireland, Polish media were established to satisfy the needs of information, integration and education Polish community in Ireland. Editorial office of “Nasz Głos”, free weekly newspaper is an exemplification of situation and development Polish minority media in Ireland.
