Abstrakt

Artykuł ukazuje rolę premiera Shinzō Abe podczas jego drugiej kadencji w zakresie wzmacniania współpracy obronnej i bezpieczeństwa między Wietnamem a Japonią w ramach dyplomacji straży przybrzeżnej. Dzięki swoim wybitnym osiągnięciom w dziedzinie polityki zagranicznej Shinzō Abe odegrał kluczową rolę w umacnianiu partnerstwa strategicznego między oboma krajami, tworząc solidne podstawy dla wszechstronnej i długoterminowej współpracy w dziedzinie obrony i bezpieczeństwa. Za jego rządów współpraca ta znacznie się rozszerzyła. Poza tradycyjnymi programami wymiany wojskowej i szkoleniowej, objęła nowe obszary, takie jak transfer technologii obronnych i bezpieczeństwo morskie. Ponadto Japonia wykazała istotne zaangażowanie we wspieraniu Wietnamu w rejonie Morza Południowochińskiego (Morza Wschodniego), przyczyniając się do ochrony interesów regionalnych Wietnamu. Wyniki badań ukazują, że polityka Shinzō Abe wywarła głęboki i trwały wpływ na umacniania bezpieczeństwa w regionie. Artykuł stanowi istotny wkład w zrozumienie współpracy w zakresie bezpieczeństwa morskiego między Wietnamem a Japonią w okresie urzędowania Shinzō Abe.
