Abstrakt

W artykule przedstawiono ewolucję korporacji transnarodowych i konsekwencje ich rosnącej roli w gospodarce światowej. Podjęto próbę oceny wpływu tych zmian na globalne przepływy kapitału oraz konsekwencje tego faktu dla międzynarodowych rynków finansowych. Artykuł składa się z trzech części. Część pierwsza – ewolucja korporacji transnarodowych jako podstawa uzyskania silnej pozycji w gospodarce światowej. Część drugiej – analiza potencjału najpotężniejszych korporacji transnarodowych na tle PKB państw oraz wartości globalnego rynku kapitałowego. Część trzecia – próba oceny wpływu korporacji na międzynarodowe przepływy kapitału i funkcjonowanie rynków finansowych.
