Ukraine facing the challenge of parliamentary voting system modernization: the applicability of Polish experience

Abstract

The paper analyzes and compares the features of development of voting systems used at the elections of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Sejm of the Republic of Poland; reveals the advantages and disadvantages of parliamentary electoral systems in both countries; assesses the possibility to apply the relevant Polish experience in Ukraine.
