Abstract

The aim of this article is to examine Lithuania’s priorities within the framework of the Three Seas Initiative (3SI), with particular reference to the 2024 summit in Vilnius and the 2025 summit in Warsaw. The central hypothesis assumes that, in the context of the ongoing war in Ukraine, Lithuania consistently views the Initiative as a tool for strengthening regional security and transatlantic ties. The analysis is based on field research conducted during the Vilnius summit, as well as an examination of official state documents and media sources.
