Odczuwanie braku nadziei a pragnienie budowania kariery w turystyce: analiza empiryczna przeprowadzona na Uniwersytecie w Synopie, Turcja

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie związku pomiędzy poziomem nadziei studentów kierunków turystycznych a ich pragnieniem zrobienia kariery w branży turystycznej. Dane zostały zebrane za pomocą ankiety, w której udział wzięli studenci studiów licencjackich w Synopie – mieście cieszącym się w Turcji najwyższym wskaźnikiem szczęścia oraz zadowolenia z życia. W celu opisu zebranych informacji wykorzystano test średniej częstotliwości oraz test średniej arytmetycznej; test T oraz analizę wariancji przeprowadzono, by określić różnice pomiędzy zmiennymi, z kolei analizę korelacji – by ustalić zależności pomiędzy nimi. W wyniku badania odkryto, że istnieje korelacja negatywna pomiędzy pragnieniem zrobienia kariery w branży turystycznej a odczuwaniem braku nadziei wśród studentów.
