Abstrakt

W średniowiecznych działaniach wojennych, mimo postępu technologicznego podstawową kwestią było zapewnienie wojskom zaopatrzenia. Logistyka od zawsze była głównym aspektem walki zbrojnej na dużą skalę. Jednak, pomimo jej niezaprzeczalnego znaczenia, zaskakująco mało wiemy na ten temat. Dlatego też w pewnym zakresie, lukę tę wypełnia dzieło Christine de Pisan Le Livre des fais d’armes et de chevalerie. Zawiera cenne informacje w odniesieniu zwłaszcza do materialnych warunków prowadzenia wojny i związanej z tym sztuki oblężniczej.
