Jerzy Leszczyński is a professor at the University of Lodz employed at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law. He mainly works on the theory of legal dogmatics, the interpretation and application of law, as well as the relationship between law and morality. He is the author of, among others, the monograph titled Pozytywizacja prawa w dyskursie dogmatycznym (Kraków 2010) and many articles, e.g. “O pewnych aporiach normatywnej teorii wykładni prawa” (Principia, 2015/LXI) or “Relacja prawa i moralności z prawnego punktu widzenia. Moralność partykularna a moralność kooperatywna” (Archiwum Filozofii Prawa i Filozofii Społecznej, 2020/4).
Prof. dr hab. Bartosz Wojciechowski (Uniwersytet Łódzki, Polska)
Bartosz Wojciechowski is a professor at the University of Lodz, the head of the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law, the director of the Centre for the Theory and Philosophy of Human Rights, as well as a member of the Editorial Board of, among others, International Journal for the Semiotics of Law and The Intellectum. A Journal of Generating Understanding. He is also a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court. His academic achievements contain 87 publications, including 15 compact publications, mainly devoted to issues in the field of theory and philosophy of law.
Dr Anna Chmielarz-Grochal (Uniwersytet Łódzki, Polska)
Anna Chmielarz-Grochal is a PhD in law, an employee of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz, and an assistant European law specialist in the Office of Jurisprudence of the Supreme Administrative Court. She is the author of numerous publications in the field of constitutional law, including those concerning the legal function of the constitution, human rights, electoral law, constitutional control of EU law, and the system and institutions of the 5th French Republic, as well as publications on the issues of judicial control of administration and the system of administrative judiciary.

Karolina Krzeszewska is a PhD in the humanities as well as deals with the organisation of editorial work, supervises the implementation of the publishing plan, analyses and edits materials in terms of linguistic correctness and the adjustment to the formal requirements of the Journal, exchanges correspondence, and updates the websites and the Facebook profile of Folia Iuridica.
