Jerzy Leszczyński is a professor at the University of Lodz employed at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law. He mainly works on the theory of legal dogmatics, the interpretation and application of law, as well as the relationship between law and morality.

Prof. dr hab. Bartosz Wojciechowski (University of Lodz, Poland)
Bartosz Wojciechowski is a professor at the University of Lodz, the head of the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law, the director of the Centre for the Theory and Philosophy of Human Rights, as well as a member of the Editorial Board of, among others, „International Journal for the Semiotics of Law”, „Undecidabilities and Law – The Coimbra Journal for Legal Studies” and „The Intellectum." He is also a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court. His academic achievements contain 100 publications, including 20 compact publications, mainly devoted to issues in the field of theory and philosophy of law.

Dr hab. Michał Rupniewski (University of Lodz, Poland)
Michał has M.A. degree in law, B.A, in philosophy, both from the University of Lodz. He is PhD in law (2014, University of Lodz). In 2014-2020 was employed at the Branch of the University of Lodz in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, and from 2020 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. Michał holds the position of Director of the Alexis de Tocqueville Center for Political and Legal Thought. He has international experience including fellowships, courses and conducting gest lectures at Universities of Bonn, Strasbourg, Fordham, and Panamericana. His scholarly interest focus on political liberalism, Christian personalism, human dignity and the law, philosophy of legal change, regulation of artificial intelligence.

Agata Dąbrowska, MA (University of Lodz, Poland)
Agata Dąbrowska is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Łódź. In her research she explores the issue of discourse on law. In particular, the presence of law in public (non-professional) discourse, taking place e.g. in social media. She publihed articles focused on citizen participation in democracy. She has participated in many scientific conferences at national and international level. She practices at a law firm.

Alberto Pino-Emhart has a B.A. and M.A. degree at Universidad de Chile, an LL.M. from Duke University, and a D.Phil in Law at the University of Oxford. He is currently Associate Profesor at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, Chile. He is also the Research Director of the Faculty of Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. Alberto specializes in the philosophy of law and private law, with a primary focus on the philosophy of tort law. This theme was the subject of his doctoral thesis, and he has since authored several publications and participated in seminars on the topic. From 2017 to 2023, he was the General Editor and founder of the Latin American Legal Studies journal.

Karolina Krzeszewska is a PhD in the humanities as well as deals with the organisation of editorial work, supervises the implementation of the publishing plan, analyses and edits materials in terms of linguistic correctness and the adjustment to the formal requirements of the Journal, exchanges correspondence, and updates the websites and the Facebook profile of Folia Iuridica.
