Cyfrowe formy wsparcia psychologicznego w dobie postpandemicznej: między technologią a relacją terapeutyczną

Abstrakt

Artykuł analizuje rozwój i funkcjonowanie internetowych form wsparcia psychologicznego, które w sposób szczególny zyskały na znaczeniu w okresie pandemii COVID-19 i po jej zakończeniu. Omówiono ich różnorodne formy – od wideoterapii, przez czaty i programy samopomocowe, po narzędzia oparte na sztucznej inteligencji. Zwrócono uwagę zarówno na potencjał, jak i ograniczenia terapii prowadzonej online, wskazując na kwestie etyczne, prawne i technologiczne. Analiza łączy perspektywę naukową z doświadczeniami praktycznymi autorki jako psycholożki pracującej online. Analiza wskazuje, że wsparcie psychologiczne oferowane przez Internet stanowi ważny element współczesnego krajobrazu terapeutycznego. Pomimo licznych zalet – takich jak większa dostępność i anonimowość – formy te wymagają dalszej refleksji w kontekście etycznym i prawnym. Ich skuteczność zależy od kompetencji terapeuty, jakości relacji oraz bezpieczeństwa technologicznego.
