CALL FOR PAPERS: "Consumer Protection Law"
Contributions may address, but are not limited to, the following areas:
- Consumer protection mechanisms and regulatory frameworks
- Comparative analysis of consumer protection laws across different jurisdictions
- Institutional approaches to safeguarding consumer rights
- Case studies on violations of consumer rights
- The role of EU law in shaping consumer protection standards
- Interdisciplinary perspectives on consumer law, including economic, social, and political aspects
- New technologies and consumer accessibility - opportunities and threats
- Possible legal measures to protect consumer rights in contact with artificial intelligence
- Use of AI in consumer education and consumer counseling
We encourage submissions that offer comparative legal analysis and highlight the role of European Union law in advancing consumer protection.
Submissions should adhere to the journal’s guidelines and will undergo a double-blind peer review process (https://www.czasopisma.uni.lodz.pl/Iuridica/review).
We welcome contributions from both established and early-career scholars and legal practitioners.
Articles can be submitted in both Polish and English. If there is a high response, articles in Polish will be direct to proceedings in other volumes planned for 2025 in the varia sections.
