Abstract

Many modern travelers, choosing the hotel as their holiday home, are guided by the range of services they offer. They wish to spend their leisure time in the best way. By choosing the right object, the client is aware that this range of services will be optimally tailored to his needs. This is also the function of animation programs created in Polish seaside hotels. In case of indigenous climatic conditions, when creating such a program, they always take into account the sudden downpour of the weather and prepare the activities under the roof. The author of the study, interested in the subject of the hotel industry, has attempted to see to what extent and for whom are created animation programs in seaside hotels. It was also interesting to see whether the choice of classes was determined by the category and size of the hotel.
