    Christie Carson is Reader Emerita in Shakespeare and Performance in the Department of English at Royal Holloway University of London. She is the co-editor of four collections of essays for Cambridge University Press: Shakespeare’s Globe: A Theatrical Experiment with Farah Karim-Cooper (2008), Shakespeare in Stages: New Theatre Histories with Christine Dymkowski (2010), Shakespeare Beyond English with Susan Bennett (2013), which documents the Globe to Globe Festival of 2012, and Shakespeare and the Digital World with Peter Kirwan (2014). In 2021, she published Robert Lepage’s Intercultural Encounters as part of the Cambridge Elements series, and her critical history of the Stratford Festival (Ontario, Canada) was published as part of the Bloomsbury Arden Shakespeare in the Theatre series in July 2024.
