KIERUNKI ZMIAN W PROCESACH OSZCZĘDZANIA GOSPODARSTW DOMOWYCH W JAPONII

Artykuł stanowi przyczynek do ograniczenia niedostatku literatury polskiej poświęconej procesom oszczędzania przez gospodarstwa domowe na świecie poprzez diagnozę kierunków zmian w procesach oszczędzania gospodarstw domowych w Japonii. W artykule wskazano, że stopa oszczędzania japońskich gospodarstw domowych była wysoka zarówno w ujęciu bezwzględnym, jak i w porównaniu z wartościami wskaźnika w innych krajach, jednak od lat 90. występuje silna, długotrwała tendencja spadkowa. W celu wyjaśnienia tego zjawiska zidentyfikowano determinanty zmian w procesach oszczędzania gospodarstw domowych w Japonii. Do najistotniejszych uwarunkowań zaliczono: zmiany demograficzne, zmiany dochodów gospodarstw domowych, zmiany w systemie ubezpieczeń społecznych. Wskazano, że postępujące na niespotykaną skalę starzenie się społeczeństwa będzie negatywnie oddziaływać na stopę oszczędzania gospodarstw domowych.Downloads
