Abstrakt

Prezentowany artykuł stanowi propozycję wyjścia poza perspektywę przestrzeni publicznej, która, jak przekonuję w jego pierwszej części, nie tylko coraz częściej zawodzi jako platforma walki z neoliberalnym status quo, ale także blokuje wyobraźnię polityczną na inne sposoby uprawiania miejskiej polityki. Odpowiadają za to zarówno jej wewnętrzne sprzeczności, jak też postępujące odpolitycznienie, które traktuję jako podstawowy cel nowej mutacji miasta przedsiębiorczego. Tym, co pomaga w ich przekroczeniu, są analizowane w drugiej i trzeciej części artykułu praktyki uwspólniania, gdzie zastanawiam się kolejno nad polityczną ontologią miejskich dóbr wspólnych oraz różnymi aspektami kolektywnego odzyskiwania miasta (na przykładzie ateńskich skłotów dla uchodźców). Artykuł uwypukla ich rolę w poszerzaniu dominującego myślenia o polityczności, co dokonuje się poprzez rewaluację takich pozornie niepolitycznych kwestii, jak zamieszkiwanie czy społeczna reprodukcja. Zwraca też uwagę na konieczność upowszechniania procesów uwspólniania, które, łącząc pragmatyzm codziennej walki o przetrwanie z utopijną wizją bardziej autonomicznego miasta, stanowią jedno z ważniejszych narzędzi neutralizowania skutków napędzanego przez neoliberalizm metakryzysu.

Piotr Juskowiak – doktor kulturoznawstwa, adiunkt w Zakładzie Kulturowych Studiów Miejskich w Instytucie Kulturoznawstwa Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, redaktor czasopisma naukowego „Praktyka Teoretyczna”, tłumacz.
